Greeting Friends & Supporters:

Over  30  years  ago  while  riding  down  the  McArthur  Highway  in  the  Philippines,  God  spoke  to  my  heart  about  a  strip  of  land  we  had  just  passed  by,  and  said  I  would  have  a  part  in  building  a  church  there  that  would  seat  1,000  people..  I  never  said  anything  to  anyone  (including  my  wife)  about  God  dealing  with  my  heart  that  day.  A  little  over  2  years  ago,  a  man  approached  me  and  told  me  that  God  dealt  with  him  about  giving  a  mission’s  offering,  which  was  a  large  sum  of  money,  and  it  was  only  to  be  used to  build  a  church.  In  times  past,  we  have  had  a  hand  in  building  over  300  churches,  but  this  was  different.  I  was  to  hold  onto  the  money  and  God  would  show  me  when  it  was  time  to  use  it.

We  were  in  the  Philippines  last  April,  to  dedicate  3  churches  that  had  recently  been  built.  After  dedicating  the  church  that  had  been  built  in  Urdaneta,  we  were  talking  to  the  pastor  and  he  informed  us  the  government  had  condemned  the  church  and  they  were  taking  the  land.  They  were  going  to  use  the  land  to  build  a  super  highway  through  the  area,  The  pastor  and  the  church  people  began  praying  as  soon   as  they  heard  the  news.  The  pastor  told  us  the  Lord  had  spoken  to  his  heart  while  praying ,  that  he  would  build  a  church  that  would  seat  1,000  people.  Then  I  got  excited  and  told  him,  “Let’s  build.”  He  said,  “Where  will  we  get  the  money?”  I  told  him  God  had  already  provided  the  money  and  he  could  start  building  right  away.  

It  truly  amazes  me  that  God  works  the  way  He  does.  This  large  church  in  Urdaneta  that  seats  1,000  people,  and  was  built  in  the  past  year,  had  been  in  God’s  plan  30  years  ago.  God’s  way  is  not  our  way.  All  we  need  to  do  is  trust  Him  and  serve  Him.  If  you  have  a  problem,  He  is  the  solution;  if  you  have  a  need,  He  is  the  provider;  if  you  need  a  touch,  He  is  the   healer.  As  the  song  says,  just  take  it  to  the  Lord  in  prayer.

We  are  also  building  a  church  that  will  seat  600  people  in  the  city  of  Tarlac,  Philippines,  which  should  be  completed  in  a  couple  of  months.  Both  of  these  churches  have  been  paid  for  by  the  man  who  approached  me  over  2  years  ago  and  2  churches  here  in  the  States  that  wanted  to  be  a  part  of  God’s  plan.

We  will  continue  to  labor  for  the  Lord,  whether  by  going and  evangelizing  across  the  States ,  by  the  CD’s  we  mail  out  every  other  month,  or  by  being  the  hands  extended  to  the  mission  field  by  supporters  like  you  who  give.  Thank  you  for  working  with  us!  May  God  bless  you  and  keep  you  is  our  prayer….
